The US Treasury Department has entered into the sanctions lists of the colonel of the GRU, Anatoly Chepigu, and a military doctor, employee of the GRU, Alexander Mishkin. This is reported on the site office.

Washington has taken such a step because of the “continuing ignoring of international norms by Russia” – allegedly interference of Russian citizens in the course of the American elections, cyber attacks on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and “other malicious activity.”
On September 5, Great Britain named the names of Russians suspected of Skripale’s poisoning – Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov. On September 13, their interview with RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan was published , in which Russians said they visited the UK as tourists and denied all the allegations.
According to Bellingcat and The Insider, Ruslan Boshirov and Alexander Petrov are Russian intelligence officers, and their names are not real. According to the investigation, Boshirov is a GRU colonel, Anatoly Chepiga, who was awarded the title Hero of Russia in 2014. Petrov is actually a military doctor, an employee of the GRU, Alexander Mishkin.
