The Roskosmos confirmed the information that one of the three computers on the Russian segment of the International Space Station failed.
- Indeed, the so-called software readiness of one of the three computers on the ISS has disappeared, in other words – the program crashed, – the state corporation reported.
It is noted that the computer needs to be restarted so that it will return to service, and this will not affect the work of the station.
“The nominal cyclogram allows you to fly indefinitely on two channels,” Roskosmos was assured.
They reported that the reboot will take place on November 8 “to ensure the reliability of the November docking with the Progress ship. They will not change the computer.
