The Chinese giant Huawei introduced a whole line of specialized processors, sharpened by working with artificial intelligence. The most powerful will be on the promises of two and a half times more productive than the latest analogues of Google.
But in general, the entire line should make artificial intelligence faster and more accessible, but first things first. The entire line will be called Ascend. So far, the simplest Ascend 310 chip is designed for laptops and small servers. Later, they promise to release chips for smartphones, smart watches and any devices from the Internet of things, such as headphones.
But perhaps more interesting is the most powerful chip promised by the Huawei team. It is called Ascend 910. It is made on the latest 7 nm architecture and is designed to work with large amounts of data, for example, for algorithms that can take several days or even a week to complete.
