British Angela Tinning, who survived a breast surgery, said her cat Missy saved her life. A resident of the English city of Leamington has already nominated her pet for the National Cat Awards in the nomination Hero Cat.
As Tinning told the British publication Metro, Missy once began to behave in an unusual way. The cat went to the hostess, trying to settle down on her chest. At the same time, the woman experienced pain in this part of the body, which is why she decided to see a doctor. In the hospital, precancerous cells were found in her breast, after which Tinning underwent surgery.
Two years later, the situation repeated. Missy again began to behave in the same way as before the operation. Despite the absence of pain, Tinning decided to consult a specialist. A woman has breast cancer. Doctors said the need to remove the breast, but noted that the situation could be worse.
