“ Accept deep condolences in connection with the tragic consequences of the crash of a ferry on the Tigris River – the death of dozens of passengers, including many children and women ,” the telegram says.

The head of state urged that the words of sympathy and support be conveyed to the relatives of the deceased. In addition, he wished all the wounded a speedy recovery.
